Monmouth Creek
Seems really quiet in here, lately, so I thought I'd post a link to a TR on some easy mountaineering near Squamish. The trail requires a canoe to access (hence the fact that I hadn't got around to it yet), but parallels a fantastic-looking little canyon that is literally within sight of Squamish. This route has had at least one descent that I'm aware of, and looks like it would be an instant classic. Lots of water, some interesting anchor problems, but it could have all the elements of a great canyon. I would compare it to Cypress Falls, but with lots more vertical thrown in. At least 10 raps that I counted, up to maybe 30m in length. There is also supposedly a slot draining into the canyon lower down, but no descents that anyone is aware of.
