I like that one. Where the canyons meet the sea. with lunch!
What kind of camera was your buddy using? I noticed the image was really
sharp and vivid when he was doing the "Rob is getting wet, now he's not,
rob is getting wet"

Hi Chris,
Do you have any beta or photos of B.C. canyons
that you can share with the website? The only new
canyon that I have explored recently is LeBar Creek on
the Olympic penninsula. It is very beautiful. There
are some photos on the website. There is a vertical
log jam that blocks the entrance to a very narrow
section. I have not been through that section yet.
Unfortunately a health issue has come up which will be
keeping me out of any canyons for a while. So I will
have to live vicariously through the canyoneering
adventures of others. Thanks for your help.

Yes... absolutely! but my June is already a busy month. I have plans to do some canyoning in northern Italy for a week and then a week of alpine climbing routes at the end of the month. July is free though and maybe one day in June - I'll have to see when I get back. Now that the local season is in though, I definitely want to get out in the Cascades! Keep me posted on your plans Ken, Ira On 5/29/07, Ken Leibert <canyoneeringnorthwest@yahoo.com> wrote: > > Is any one interested in doing some new canyons in > June? > > Ken Leibert > > > > > > ____________________________________________________________________________________You > snooze, you lose. ken, I'm interested..
I have the first week of July off and hope to hit some canyons during that
timeframe. Anyone else going to be doing canyons then?
The second week of July I'm planning on hitting the west little
owyhee/louse canyon for 4 or 5 days. I noticed you had some beta on that,
nice!

The mountains surrounding Perry Creek are currently
showing dozens of waterfalls, quite a display at the
hight of the runoff. There is canyoneering potential
in the area, most notably, the creek of pitchfork
falls on the south side of Mount Stilliguamish and an
unnamed canyon on the north side of mount Dickerman.
The trail head is 25 miles east of Granite Falls on
the Mountain Loop Highway. It is a two mile hike.Does
any one have ideas for new canyons this summer?
