If you've wanted to explore the fantastic canyoning opportunities Ouray has to offer but haven't had the chance, this is an excellent opportunity. Come join us for the first official "Ouray Canyon Festival" and second annual "ACA Ouray Canyon Rendezvous" August 13-21, 2011 in spectacular Ouray Colorado. Last years event was just one weekend and registration capped at 50 attendees. In order to accommodate more people, this years event will be spread out over two consecutive weekends with the week in between. There will also be an ACA Technical Canyoneering course (August 13-15) and an ART of Canyoneering Workshop (August 16-18) running concurrently.

The town of Ouray has embraced canyoneering with support from local hotels, restaurants and businesses. San Juan Mountain Guides will offer instruction and guided tours. And you can hook up with other canyoneers, meet new partners and explore some new canyon terrain.
