Canyoneering in June near Portland

Hi,

I will probably travel the first and second WE of June to Portland.
Is it possible to practice canyoneering at this season?
Do you have advices of canyon to be done? I m looking for the best
one's!!

I'm also interested in finding some partners for one or two days.

Do you have others advices as activities to do/place to see in this
area?

Jean-Louis,

I am sure some of the members of this group will answer this with more detailed responses.

However, it is my understanding that the water levels flowing through the canyons that time of year (early June) may make a safe descent impossible. However, I do not have an intimate knowledge of how these canyons flow throughout the seasons.
